Your problem was probably poor contact on the pin that handles wakeup. I have just been setting up for a shoot, and all I will need to do is half-shutter, and all 4 flashes (430II, 580II and 568) will wake up with my preset values.

The 622 will not communicate with the 568's built-in receiver.ġ10yd - The 622 permits full manual control of most YN flashes (500, 568, 465, 467, 468, 565) from the camera. /rebates/&.com252fyn560txcii. SampleStars- I understand that the YN-560 III can be controlled in Manual mode from the camera when used on a remote YN-622C. To get on camera flash control (MENUs) you need an ETTL compatible flash. There is no on camera FLASH power control. The built in radio trigger provides a trigger signal to fire the flash only. You physically have to set the power output of the flash manually on the flash itself.
or we can have remote manual power control directly from our cameras by using 622c transceiver units, with compatible Yongnuo flashes. So if I am not mistaken, currently in early 2013, we can choose to have the convenience of a built in receiver in the flash (560-iii), at the expense of remote manual control. I think the answer is 'no', but I have yet to confirm this. Hoping some Yongnuo experts might be lurking around hereĬan the power output on the YN560-III be controlled from the camera, when using a 622c as transmitter? Yongnuo YN560 IV is the successor of the very popular YN-560 III and the best Yongnuo manual speedlite in the YN560 series. Dont care for TTL but controlling each flashes power output directly from the camera would be amazing! One YN-560 IV can receive the wireless signal from YN560 IV, YN560-TX, RF-603 II and RF-602, with optical 16 channels. The speedlight has the rf 602/603 triggering system already built in and to top it off, when you pair it with a YN 560-tx controller or a YN 560IV speedlight, you can make all of your adjustments from your camera. YN-560 IV can be used as master unit, provides 3 independent groups with controlling abiligy, realizing remote control the flas mode, flash output, and focal length of YN-560 IV and YN-560 III. I want to eventually get a solid, elegant, multi flash set-up. The YN 560iii was the first speedlight available with wireless radio signal/triggering built into the flash itself. About to spend some money on Yongnupo kit, just need to clarify some things.
